How Can I Order
Step 01
Price Negotiation
The sales team decides the price based on the type and grade of bitumen, packing method, order quantity, and the destination port.
Confirm the required bitumen grade and technical standards.
Determine the quantity and effective packaging solutions.
Decide the destination port and delivery responsibilities.
Agree to a payment structure and schedule.

Step 02
Receive Letter of Intent (LOI)
Customers submit a formal Letter of Intent(LOI) to confirm the intent of their purchase and terms.
Our team reviews the LOI upon receiving.
Verification of the proposed terms and specs is carried out.
Feasibility is confirmed across all internal teams.
We issue an acknowledgment and preliminary invoice. An acknowledgement and preliminary invoice is issued.

Step 03
Issue Proforma Invoice (PI)
A Proforma Invoice (PI) is prepared and sent to the customer, detailing product specifications, pricing, and payment terms.
We prepare a detailed Proforma Invoice.
Outlining payment method, Incoterms, and validity period.
Serves as a request for advance payment.
Forms the basis for the final sales contract.

Step 04
Receive Advance Payment
The customer makes the agreed advance payment to initiate the order and secure production.
We confirm receipt of your advance payment.
Your order is officially scheduled for production.
An official commercial invoice is issued.
Our logistics team begins arranging shipment.

Step 05
Production & Documentation
Production begins at the refinery. Simultaneously, loading arrangements and export customs documentation are prepared.
Once the order is confirmed it's released to the refinery for production
Production adheres to strict specifications, with quality checks throughout.
The logistics team books vessel space and schedules loading.
All required export, customs, & shipping documents are drafted.

Step 06
Provide Shipping Documents
Key shipping documents—including the Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice, and other required certificates—are shared with the customer.
We issue the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.
The certificates of Origin and the Quality Analysis are finalized
All original documents are securely sent to you or your ordered account
These documents enable you to clear the shipment through customs

Step 07
Receive Balance Payment
The customer settles the remaining balance payment as per the agreed terms.
We issue the final invoice for the outstanding amoun towards you
Our finance team confirms receipt of your full balance payment.
Upon confirmation, we release the original shipping documents to you.
This completes the sale, officially handing over the goods.

Step 08
Ship Cargo to Destination
The bitumen cargo is shipped by Black Rock Bitumen to the specified destination port.
The loaded vessel departs from the loading port to the ordered destination.
We track the shipment's progress throughout its voyage.
You receive advance notice of the vessel's estimated arrival time.
The cargo arrives and is prepared for your customs clearance.

Step 09
Release Cargo to Customer
Once full payment is confirmed, release instructions are issued to the port or agent, allowing the customer to take possession of the cargo.
We confirm all commercial and financial conditions are fully met.
A formal release order is sent to the port or our locally stationed agent.
You are notified that the cargo is officially ready for the pickup.
You take physical possession and title of the bitumen shipment.
