Slow-setting emulsion built for prime coat and soil stabilization

CSS-1 is a cationic, slow-setting bitumen emulsion. It stays stable during mixing with fine, dense aggregate, which suits slurry, prime, tack and stabilization work.

Cationic emulsions carry a positive charge, so they bond well with the negatively charged surface of most aggregates, including wet and siliceous stone.
