Bitumen 90/25 is a medium-hard oxidized bitumen made by blowing air through straight-run bitumen at controlled temperature. The grade name gives the softening point (90°C) and penetration (25 dmm).

It combines heat resistance with enough flexibility for coating and saturating work, which makes it a common choice for roofing and membrane production.
