About Black Rock Bitumen
Black Rock Bitumen is a Dubai-based bitumen supplier and exporter, sourcing direct from licensed refineries and shipping from Jebel Ali, the region's largest port.
We supply road builders, infrastructure contractors, EPC companies and distributors with specification-compliant bitumen for highways, airports, urban roads and waterproofing projects. The range covers penetration grade from 10/20 to 200/300, viscosity grades VG-10 to VG-40, performance grades PG 70-10 to PG 82-34, polymer modified bitumen, emulsions, cutbacks, oxidized bitumen, Australian Standard and Chinese grades.
Every grade meets ASTM, EN or AASHTO standards and every batch is lab tested. You receive the Certificate of Analysis and full export documentation with each shipment, so your engineers can check the binder before it reaches site.
