Temperature-stable for highway pavements
Bitumen AH70 is a medium-hard penetration-grade bitumen from the Chinese AH series for heavy-traffic road asphalt, made to GB/T 15180. The grade name gives the nominal penetration (AH70 is about 70 dmm at 25°C).
It balances stiffness with enough flexibility to resist both rutting in heat and cracking in cooler weather, which suits highway base and wearing courses.
