How We Work With Buyers

Most of our clients are road contractors, traders, distributors and public-sector buyers who need the right grade, delivered to the right port, with paperwork that satisfies their engineers and customs brokers. A typical order follows a clear sequence:

  1. Enquiry and specification. You tell us the grade or standard you need (for example EN 12591, ASTM D946 or IS 73), the quantity, the packaging and the destination port.
  2. Technical confirmation. We share the technical data sheet (TDS) and safety data sheet (MSDS) so your team can confirm the product matches the project specification.
  3. Commercial offer. We quote on the Incoterm you prefer (FOB, CFR or CIF) with the payment terms agreed for the order.
  4. Production, packing and inspection. The consignment is packed in drums, jumbo bags, Bitutainers or Bituboxes, and a certificate of analysis (COA) is issued for the batch. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
  5. Shipment and documents. We book the shipment and send the full document set your importer needs to clear the cargo.
